For green cleaning and healthy living is there a product that kills viruses, bacteria and stinky smells in the air that are free & clear of harmful fumes?

Try Hydrogen Peroxide or Vinegar

Hydrogen peroxide works extremely well for cleaning and sanitizing. Vinegar is also a natural disinfectant. Spraying them on a surface has been shown to kill germs.

Seventh Generation Kitchen Cleaner, Shower Cleaner, and Carpet Cleaner contain hydrogen peroxide.

I will help to do anything to get this going. I take shots for rhuematoid arthritis. This stops your imune system. It would be great to have wipes to go and other options.

The best thing you can do to get nasty smells out of your house is to let Mother Nature take action. Assuming you're not in Florida in the middle of hurricane or mosquito season, open the doors and windows in your house and let the air circulate. Indoor air pollution is much greater than outdoor air pollution and spraying a bunch of crap in your house isn't going to lower the air pollution. If you can, try to get your carpet cleaned professionally by a green company, assuming you have carpeting and not wood or tile floors. Be sure you vacuum your curtains (which hold on to tons of dust and pollutants) once in a while with a HEPA filtered vacuum. Not only will all this improve your indoor air quality, rid you of some serious annoyances, and make your home smell pretty, but it will give you a few hours with a great breeze flowing through your home. Just be sure to turn off the AC!!!
